On October 14, in the Conference Hall "Stella Polare" of Rho Fiere (Milan), there will be a workshop concerning emerging risks on food safety, organized by EFSA with the support of IZSLER .

The course is part of EFSA's initiative "Shaping the Future of Food Safety, Together": a 3-day-long event concerning food safety to which will contribute expert from all over the world.
