The conference will open with a description of a modern, somewhat futuristic, Food Production Factory with the aim to warrant the value of foods. In particular, there will be showed the available technologies ensuring the quality and safety of products, providing their suitable packaging with the use of new materials and managing the sorting along the territory through modern logistics and transport systems.

 

The conference is part of the cycle of conferences born within the project: "Exhibition Spaces for research - Italian Pavilion EXPO2015 " within the Framework Agreement between the Lombardy Region and the National Research Council as well as with the participation of "Unioncamere Lombardia" .
